Photo Booth Rental in Marbella

We hire out photo booths, magic mirrors and 360 video booths in Marbella from €400 for three hours, with unlimited prints, props and an operator who stays with you for the whole event. The same price covers the entire province of Málaga — no travel surcharge for Estepona, Fuengirola or Málaga city.

This page covers what people usually want to know before booking: what it costs, what is included, how much space you need and how the day itself works.

How much does a photo booth cost in Marbella?

Hire starts at €400 and includes three hours of service. What moves the price is how long you want the booth running, which machine you choose and whether you add extras such as the sequin backdrop or the heavy smoke machine.

  • Photo booth in Marbella — from €400 for 3 hours
  • Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola, Málaga city, Nerja — from €400, same price
  • Sequin backdrop, gold or silver — €150 extra

Most photo booth companies on the coast charge extra the moment you leave their town. We do not: anywhere in the province of Málaga is the same rate. Send us the date and the venue and you get a fixed quote, usually the same day, and the quote is what you pay.

What is included

  • Unlimited photos. Guests can go in as many times as they like all evening. We do not count shots or prints.
  • Instant printing. The photo is in their hands in seconds, ready to take home that same night.
  • Custom print template. We design the frame around your event — names and date for a wedding, a company logo, the theme of the party.
  • Props. Glasses, hats, signs and accessories that get people relaxed from the first photo.
  • An operator on site. Our person sets everything up, looks after your guests and stays until the end. Nobody from your side has to manage it.
  • Digital gallery. After the event you receive all the shots digitally.

Alongside the classic booth we also do magic mirror, 360 video booth, AI photo booth, sound equipment, heavy smoke machine and a host. Having it all from one supplier removes the worst part of planning an event: coordinating five different companies on the same day.

Photo booth, magic mirror or 360: which to choose

Classic photo booth

The one that works at any party. Guests see themselves on screen, laugh together and walk away with a printed photo. The right choice when you want people to take something physical home.

Magic mirror

A full-length mirror with a camera and touchscreen built in. Animations and on-screen signing turn having your picture taken into a small performance. It draws attention on its own and usually ends up as the centre of the party.

360 video booth

A platform that spins around the guest and records a slow-motion video with the whole venue behind them. The clip is processed automatically and reaches the guest’s phone straight away. It is the most shareable format by far — the videos are on Instagram the same night.

AI photo booth

The same machine, but artificial intelligence turns an ordinary shot into something else: an oil portrait, an astronaut, a film character. It works particularly well at brand events and company parties, where you need an element of surprise.

If you are torn between two formats, tell us the type of event and the space you have and we will talk it through in five minutes. There is a longer comparison here: 5 reasons why a photo booth is essential for any event.

How much space do you need?

Three by three metres is enough to work comfortably. The booth itself takes up about a square metre, the backdrop is 2.5 by 2.5 metres, and the rest is for guests and the props table.

None of our equipment is taller than 1.8 metres, so ceiling height is never a problem. What is worth mentioning in advance is narrow doorways and stairs, because that affects how we get the kit in.

If the room is tight, a smaller corner works too: the booth and props fit without a separate backdrop, using the venue’s own wall. Tell us about the space and we will propose something.

Setup takes about an hour and happens before the guests arrive. All we need is a normal power socket.

How the day works

We arrive early, set up and test everything before the first guest walks in. During the party the operator stays by the booth: explains how it works, arranges groups, changes the paper and deals with anything technical without anyone noticing. At the end we pack down without interrupting the celebration.

For outdoor events — a terrace, a garden, a beach club — we need a covered area and power. The equipment and the printer do not cope with damp or strong wind.

Where we work

Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and Elviria, and on the same terms Estepona, Sotogrande, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Mijas, Málaga city and Nerja. Anywhere in the province of Málaga is the same price.

Why PicMe

We have been building photo zones for more than five years and we hold a 5.0 rating on Google. Our clients tend to describe the booth as the thing their guests talk about afterwards, which is exactly the point of hiring one.

We work in English, Spanish and Russian. On the Costa del Sol that matters more than it sounds: a wedding here often brings together guests from three countries, and the operator has to make everyone feel looked after.

How to book

  • Get in touch. The form on the site, +34 610 816 283, WhatsApp or info@picmeevents.es.
  • Tell us the details. Date, venue, how long you want the booth, guest numbers and which machine appeals to you.
  • You get a quote, usually the same day.
  • We confirm the date. The earlier you book, the better — spring and summer wedding Saturdays and December company parties go first.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can. Once you have the venue and the date, the booth is worth locking in — peak-season Saturdays and December go quickly. Outside those dates a couple of weeks is often enough, so it is always worth asking.

Is there a limit on photos?

No. Guests can shoot and print as many times as they want throughout the event.

Does someone from your team stay?

Yes. The operator is there the whole time, helping guests and handling the technical side.

Can we customise the print frame?

Yes, it is included. We send you the design before the event for approval.

What do you need from the venue?

About three by three metres of space and a normal power socket. We bring everything else.

Does it work outdoors?

Yes, as long as there is a covered area and power. In rain or strong wind we need shelter — the equipment and printer will not tolerate it.

Do you charge extra to travel outside Marbella?

Not within the province of Málaga. Estepona, Fuengirola, Málaga city and Nerja are all the same rate.
