Anything beyond that depends on your event: how long you want the booth running, which machine you pick and whether you add extras such as the heavy smoke machine, sound equipment or a host. That last point about the operator is worth pausing on when you compare quotes. A booth left on a table with a sign saying “press here” is a cheaper product than a booth with a person next to it, and the difference shows up in how many of your guests actually use it.
Four things, in roughly this order of impact.
Three hours is the starting block. Longer events cost more, and the honest answer is that it depends on the shape of the evening — a wedding where the booth opens after dinner is not the same as a company party where it runs all night. Tell us the timings and we will price it.

The date does not change our rate, but it does change availability, which is the real cost driver for most people. Peak-season Saturdays and December company-party dates go first, and the booth you wanted may simply be booked.
This is the line where most Costa del Sol quotes quietly grow. A company based in Málaga city quotes you a base rate, then adds a travel fee for Marbella, then another for Estepona, and the number you compared at the start is no longer the number you pay.

Nothing that costs you money, but it is worth checking before you book anywhere.
Space: three by three metres is comfortable. The booth itself is about a square metre, the backdrop is 2.5 by 2.5 metres, and the rest is for guests and the props table. If the room is tight, a smaller corner works — the booth and props fit against the venue’s own wall without a separate backdrop.
Height: none of our equipment is taller than 1.8 metres, so ceilings are never a problem. Narrow doorways and stairs are worth mentioning in advance, because they affect how we get the kit in.
Power: one normal socket. Setup takes about an hour and happens before guests arrive.
Outdoors: a terrace, garden or beach club is fine as long as there is a covered area and power. The equipment and the printer do not cope with damp or strong wind.
The fair way to judge it is per guest rather than per event. A booth at a hundred-guest wedding is a few euros a head for something every one of those guests takes home — and unlike almost every other line on a wedding budget, it produces a physical object that ends up on a fridge door.
